Our Legal Services

Our Corporate & Commercial Service Line offers our Clients legal advice in the course of the complete procedure of founding a company, representation office or branch office, such as drafting the necessary documents for the foundation, assistance with their signing and submission of the request for the registration of the company at the Court of Registry. Following the registration of the company we provide day-to-day legal advice to our Clients in corporate and all connected issues. Upon request from our Clients, we handle the procedures for the registration of corporate changes of the company and initiate voluntary winding up procedures also.

In frame of the day-to-day legal counselling, we provide legal assistance on the implementation of general terms and conditions under foreign law, prepare commercial, lease and services agreements and supply contracts for our clients.

Our services in the scope of corporate and commercial issues include the following areas:

• Setting up of companies, branches and representation offices in Hungary;
• Advice on Articles of Association, shareholders’ agreements, rules of internal procedures;
• Legal counselling on executive officers and supervisory board members’ rights and duties, responsibility of management and supervisory bodies board members;
• Preparation and advice in relation to shareholders’ general meetings, participation in supervisory board meetings;
• Drafting and amendment of corporate documentation in compliance with the statutory provisions;
